Return and Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your Elizabeth Paige jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

 

Approval Process

Each exchange or return will be checked for quality. We reserve the right to reject returned or exchanged items if they appear altered or show wear in any way. Restocking fees may apply.

 

Gift Exchanges

You can exchange a gift for store credit equal to the amount you received. Please contact us at shop@elizabeth-paige.com for instructions on how to proceed.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
