How does the interchangeable IT Collection work?
Each IT Collection piece is designed with swappable charms, so you can mix and match colors, initials, and birthstones to create a look that's uniquely yours, and change it any time.
What materials are used?
Our IT Collection pieces are crafted in .925 sterling silver with a 14K gold vermeil, rhodium (white), or rose gold finish and set with cubic zirconia (CZ), including birthstone-color CZ. Specific materials are listed on each product page.
Can I get a piece made with real diamonds or solid gold?
Yes. Our standard pieces are made with cubic zirconia (CZ), but any of our designs can be custom made with real diamonds and solid gold. Email us at shop@elizabeth-paige.com for a quote.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized and made-to-order pieces are crafted just for you and take 2–3 weeks to make before they ship. Shipping is free on orders over $75 and a flat $4.95 on smaller orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States, with free shipping on orders over $75.
What is your return policy?
In-stock pieces can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if unworn and in their original packaging. Personalized and made-to-order pieces are final sale. See our Shipping & Return policy page for full details.
Is my jewelry covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every piece comes with free repairs and replating for 150 days after delivery.

To keep your Elizabeth Paige jewelry looking its best, please follow these care instructions:
- Remove all jewelry before showering, bathing, or swimming to prevent damage from exposure to water and chemicals.
- Remove all jewelry before handling cleaning supplies or hand sanitizers as these can damage the finish of your jewelry.
- Remove all jewelry before exercise or rigorous activities as this can cause the jewelry to bend or break.
- Put jewelry on after applying lotions, makeup, hairspray, perfumes, and oils to prevent buildup and damage to the jewelry.
- When storing jewelry, place each piece separately to avoid tangling or scratching.
- When cleaning jewelry, use warm water and a soft cloth to gently wipe away any dirt or buildup. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that can damage the finish of the jewelry.
- When cleaning diamonds, use a soft toothbrush, a dot of dish soap, and warm water to gently scrub away any buildup. Be sure to rinse the jewelry thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.

In the first 150 days following the date of delivery, all Elizabeth Paige orders are eligible for free repairs and replating. If any issues arise with your jewelry during this time, please contact us at shop@elizabeth-paige.com to begin the repair process.
After 150 days, repairs will be charged a repair and shipping fee. Prices may vary based on the style of the repair needed. Our team will provide you with a quote before beginning any repair work.
Elizabeth Paige is not responsible for repairs performed by another jeweler, and all warranties associated with the pieces will be nullified. We highly recommend having any repairs done by our experienced team to ensure the quality and longevity of your jewelry.
If we suspect any of our products are intentionally damaged or misused, we will refuse to replace them. We reserve the right to determine if damage was caused by normal wear and tear or if it was caused by misuse.
